The Te-PNI project is comprised of a Working Group and a Project Advisory Board (PAB). The role of the Working Group is to:

Organise, deliver and evaluate all project activities within represented organisations;

Provide regular updates and phase reports to the PAB;

Liaise with key personnel within organisations to facilitate Te-PNI and PDP-related activities;

Represent organisational needs and wishes to the Working Group;

Contribute to the development of the project;

Support the professional development of learners and learner-support personnel within their organisation.
The role of the PAB is to:
- Provide support, strategic direction and advice to the Working Group;
- Receive and ratify reports from the Working Group;
- Represent project needs and outcomes to external organisations such as DE, GTCNI, RTU, Becta, TDA and others;
- Review all project activities within partner organisations with a view to providing providing coherent and consensus-based development.
