Welcome to the Te-PNI Website

This site has been set up to provide information on the Teacher e-portfolio for Northern Ireland (Te-PNI) Project. The site also contains resources and project outcomes that may help those interested in this area of teacher professional development.

The Te-PNI project has been supporting teacher professional development for over three years and  seeks to explore effective e-portfolio-based professional development for all Northern Ireland's teachers.  Our work includes Initial Teacher Education, Induction EPD, PRSD and Teacher Leadership. 

The software applications we use contain a range of online tools designed around these main professional development processes, including action planning, reflecting, blogging, sharing, competences and presenting evidence of learning.
